This is Reika Kanzuki, Maika's older sister. She moved to Thailand to pursue a career as a Muay Thai fighter and became the women's champion for three years running. Known for her devastatingly powerful knee strikes, she was given the name "Cannon Knee Kanzuki". Reika is a tomboy, interested mainly in fighting and street racing. She does care deeply for her sister and is quick to anger when Maika is being picked on. She seems to have history with Ken's older brother Ryouzu.

Reika is absurdly strong, being a world champion Muay Thai fighter, and she has an extremely high threshold for pain. It is revealed that she, like her sister, also possesses The Demon Eyes. The Kanzuki sisters are more than they appear, though neither of them can explain their strange ability...
